Meet the Counselors

Tracy’s practice is founded on the belief that the relationship between client and therapist is the single most important factor determining the counseling experience. She fosters a supportive, judgement-free environment where you’ll collaborate with her to identify, repair, and restore the areas of disconnect in your life.

nikki

Nikki specializes in anxiety and panic disorders, compassion fatigue, PTSD, pain, sleep disorders, and autism. Her approach is rooted in expressive arts techniques with the guiding principles of trauma-informed care. Specific interventions include the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music, SSP-Polyvegal Technique, the Mandala MARI Art technique, Heart Math, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Mackenzie

Mackenzie has over 10 years of experience with people of all ages and walks of life. She works with children, adolescents, and adults using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and an eclectic therapeutic model based on the client’s needs. She specializes in trauma, ADHD, depression, and anxiety disorders. She also works with Autism, Bipolar Disorder, stress management, attachment difficulties, behavioral issues, social skills, life transitions, as well as many other social and mental health challenges.

KRISTA

Krista is a compassionate licensed therapist blending the worlds of art therapy and traditional talk therapy to offer a holistic approach to healing. With a rich background in psychology and art, she understands the profound impact of creativity on mental well-being. Specializing in helping individuals navigate through the complex terrain of depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem, Krista fosters a safe space for exploration and growth.

MIKE

Michael is a pre-licensed mental health counselor who specializes in connection between the mind and body-focusing on how emotions tend to drive our actions through the lens of cognitive behavioral therapy. He is also a self-identified geek, using pop-culture references in sessions.
